Let me tell you..prior to finding Michelle and Chris there were days I felt so overwhelmed with the magnitude of what came with wedding planning that I even contemplated eloping to ease the stress. I knew that I absolutely needed help. The search for a wedding planner was no easy one. I scoured the internet searching weeks and weeks for wedding planners who would help to execute the wedding of my dreams. However, I never expected that it would come in the form of angels here on earth. I remember stumbling across Brey and Co. on google and being somewhat skeptical of the near 50 perfect 5 star reviews but in my first email exchanges and meetings with them I completely understood how this was possible.
Their wedding planning is a complete package. Michelle and Chris wear many hats including cake designers, officiants, interior decorators and florists, etc.. Their expertise in so many areas is what really allows things to come together so seamlessly. I knew that if anything went wrong with any of the vendors they had the knowledge and skill to be able to step in if necessary. From the beginning It was difficult articulating exactly what I wanted or what I envisioned. However, Michelle held my hand through the process, was incredibly patient--even my indecisiveness. She was able to incorporate me and my hubby's interests (music), the venue style, my vision and hers in a way that I did not even think was possible. She was so attentive and meticulous to the smallest of details including the anemone flower and how its black center would compliment the wall color in the ceremony room. Chris had a genuine care for our well being as he asked to review contracts to make sure we were not getting snubbed. Chris was incredibly organized with all financial and more practical information such as venue dimensions, contracts and even budgets which was incredibly helpful as me and my hubby have extremely busy schedules. Throughout the process they were incredibly kind, patient, genuine hearted, organized and passionate about their work. I often times thought that we were the only couple they were planning for being I felt so cared for and tended to.
The day of the wedding my jaw dropped at the design, the details and how everything that we discussed through phone calls and zoom meetings came together to create what was like a fairytale wedding that should be featured on a wedding magazine cover. I couldn't even believe with the small budget we gave that they were able to execute such a incredibly stunning wedding. To this day my family members and friends rave about how it is the best wedding they have ever been to and I can only attribute this to Michelle and Chris's hard work. This couple is a fantastic duo each with unique qualities that comes together perfectly to create the wedding of your dreams.
Most importantly, my hubby and I are incredibly grateful for the newfound friendship we forged with these two. Not only were they planners but they were friends, voice of reason, big sister/brothers, couples counselors and more. I hope they will continue doing their incredible work and be around for baby showers, birthday, vow renewals and more because I could not imagine doing anything moving forward without them!
