Partial Planning Highlights

​

  • Initial Consultation to create and define your vision.

  • Scheduling of vendor meetings and tastings etc.

  • Assist with budget management.

  • Guide and advise Couple on guest accommodations and room blocks.

  • Advice and assist with transportation.

  • Email communications, phone calls, video chats, and texts are available anytime throughout the process. 

  • Partner & Preferred vendor list access.

  • Day of Point of contact for your vendors.

  • Reviewing all vendor contracts 

  • Detailed Wedding timeline (sent to all of your vendors after you are consulted and approve it)

  • Attendance & Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (explain the duties of the wedding party including: escorts/ushers, attendants)

  • Wedding Day Signage-custom designed, printed, and framed Wedding Day Signage (includes: Welcome Wedding, sign-in/gift tables, cake table, and more!)

     

Wedding Day - Ceremony

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure that they are on time and setup is complete.

  • Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party for procession and assist wedding party with their “step off.”

  • Cue musicians or DJ.

  • Cue wedding party for procession.

 

Wedding Day - Reception

  • Set up and place escort/name cards, favors, menus, and couples personal items/decor

  • Communicate announcements and transitions with DJ or MC including Wedding Couple's Grand Entrance.

  • Direct vendors as needed onsite.

  • Distribute remaining payments/gratuities to vendors.

  • Package and place gifts/personal items into designated vehicle at end of evening. 

 

 

Up to 150 Guest 

Includes 2-Lead Coordinators, 1- Assistant Coordinator and

(10 hr. Total Event Time)

 

Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour. 

 

This package does not include set up of linens, chair covers, centerpieces, or cleaning/bussing of tables.

Please note that these are general guidelines and responsibilities. Further responsibilities are agreed upon

between Brey & Co. and Wedding Couple and additional charges may apply.

With our full-service package, we are by your side from

“Yes” to “I Do.”

You will never have to worry about finding transportation, makeup, hair, rentals, officiant, photographers, videographers, or your food and beverage selection.

We will guide you through every step of the process, handle all the details, and communicate.

Full Planning Highlights

​

  • We create and manage your budget to protect your investment.

  • You'll receive floor plans based on venue walkthrough, final guest count and desired floral & decor.

  • Floral & Decor and Color Story mock-ups, which ensure a cohesive design. We will collaborate on mood/design boards to ensure your vision becomes a reality.

  • We will vet, source and contract all vendors upon couples approval. We manage all Vendor payments and communication. 

  • Create and manage all vendor appointments (Dress, Catering, Cake, Venue etc...)

  • We create and manage guest accommodations

  •  Room Blocks & Transportation.

  •  Manage and Update RSVP list

  • Attend Rehearsal Dinner & Conduct Rehearsal

On Your Wedding Day 

​

  • Receive and Direct Vendors at the Venue.

  • Manage and Ensure Proper Set Up and Execution of Wedding Day Plan and Design.

  • Wedding Genie (Day of Concierge) Personal Concierge to assist with handling any and all of the couples needs on their Wedding Day.

  • Carefully Gather and Pack Couple’s personal belongings and send them home as Happily Married Couple.
