Day of Coordinator Service

   

  • Initial consultation to create and define your vision

  • Budget Management 

  • Additional meetings include Venue site visit and Final wrap-up meeting(s) to finalize plans and vision.

  • Email communications, phone calls, video chats, and texts are available anytime throughout the process. 

  • Partner & Preferred vendor list access.

  • Point of contact for your vendors.

  • Reviewing all vendor contracts. 

  • Detailed Wedding timeline (Sent to all of your vendors after you are consulted and approve it.)

  • Attendance & Coordination of ceremony rehearsal.

  • Wedding Day Signage-, custom designed ,printed and framed Wedding Day Signage (includes : Welcome Wedding, sign-in/gift tables, cake table and more!)

*Escort, Name cards or Seating Chart (additional charge)

     Wedding Day - Ceremony

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure that they are on time and setup is complete.

  • Organize & pinning Wedding Party flowers.

  • Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party for procession and assist wedding party with their “step off.”

  • Cue musicians or DJ.

  • Cue wedding party for procession.

Wedding Day - Reception

  • Set up and place escort/name cards, favors, menus, and couples personal items/decor

  • Communicate announcements and transitions with DJ or MC including Wedding Couple's Grand Entrance.

  • Direct vendors as needed onsite.

  • Distribute remaining payments/gratuities to vendors.

  • Package and place gifts/personal items into designated vehicle at end of evening.

Up to 150 Guest -Starting at $2500

Includes 1 Lead Coordinator, 2 Assistant Coordinators (depending on guest count)

(10 hr. Total Onsite Time)
Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour.​

 

*This package does not include set up of linens, chair covers, centerpieces, room flips or cleaning/bussing of tables. Please inquire as to any additional fees for these services.

between Brey & Co. and Wedding Couple and additional charges may apply.

We take the reins several months prior to your wedding day to ensure that all details are planned are executed. 
We monitor and set up the wedding details, organize the wedding party and family for the ceremony, and do damage control for anything that might come up on the day.  
In the simplest and most basic form, we serve as your problem solvers. Every wedding has an unexpected issue or seven! Trust us; we've seen and experienced it all before! Situations like missing clothing, a groomsman with two left shoes, party crashers, late vendors, and not to mention a rain plan! 
You need a point person to transition problems into solutions.
We are your Wedding Experts who bring your vision to life, in the right order, and exactly on time. We layout all the little details to help you stay within your desired time frame, making sure that you get to enjoy your day.All the while  ensuring you nail your scheduled highlights.
We are masters of logistics who direct vendors, design the floor plan, assist with seating arrangements, and set up your decor ,and ensure everything is in its proper place.
